I wanted to thank you for my recent order with you (RX #13358790). It started off as an error on your part (someone accidentally put 1 refill on our previous RX and there really was no refills). I took my dog to the vet the next day or so and faxed over a new RX that day which was a Friday afternoon. I spoke to a female rep (whom I also think we got off on the wrong foot 2 years ago and I’m sorry I forgot your name) and she made sure the meds got shipped out that day. We received Hampton’s medicine on the very next day (Saturday)! BRAVO!!!

Ok, so just yesterday I placed an order & thought I was reordering -because I went back & found my coupon code. Unbeknownst to me at that time, I placed 2 orders. When I contacted them this morning (the very next day), (a)not only did a very nice lady answer the phone but(b) she informed me that the problem had been resolved and (c) she recognized my name !!! I guess there’s no need to mention that they always deliver accurately & fast.

I discovered Petscriptions one day while researching some canine prescriptions. We tried them and just can’t say enough good things about them. Good Morning,
I just wanted to send you a note to say “Thank you” for everything you have done for me regarding my child Dallas. Dallas passed away on 021908. All the medicine I got from you was only half of what he needed each day. You guys were great and I have been singing your praises everytime I hear of a friend with a sick animal.

Thank you for all your care and concern when there was a problem. I know he’s in a better place but right now I am miserable without him. He was the love of my life.

Well, thank you. I don’t plan on getting another animal for a while and hopefully there won’t be any medical issues…but if there is… I’ll come see you again.
